Telesales Agent (UK Market)

Role description

We are offering very aggressive compensation plan for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with superior people skills, who is comfortable with presenting AREX services over the phone as well as dealing with rejections.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Optimally, you would've worked previously in similar sales role(s) in financial service sector targeting UK companies. You will receive in-depth training required for the position. We are committed to your development and career progression within the company.


  • Contact well pre-qualified UK businesses by email and phone
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements, position AREX services and demonstrate AREX value to potential customers
  • Close sales over phone or direct prospects to UK field sales for follow-up
  • Manage sales pipeline in our CRM system
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Must Have

  • Experience in B2B telesales in UK market
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
  • Good knowledge of relevant sales tools (e.g. CRM) and telephone systems
  • Ability to quickly learn about AREX services and pitch them to prospects
  • A natural talent to get people interested
  • Native English speaker or flawless communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of SME short term financing
  • Living in Barcelona

Nice to Have

  • Previous working experience in financial services sales or FinTech sales
  • BSc degree in business or finance
